  • Domestic Orders (India):

    • Refund requests are accepted within 48 hours of purchase. To be eligible, please initiate the refund request within this period.
    • Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it, and if approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
  • International Orders:

    • We operate a No Refund Policy for international orders.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellations:
    • Orders can only be canceled if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
    • To cancel your order, please email supporta@sajdhajcreations.com with your order details, and our team will confirm the cancellation status.
    • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

3. Exceptions

  • Customized or Made-to-Order Items:
    • Orders for customized or specially made items cannot be refunded or canceled once processing has started.
